Tip: Energize

Are you exhausted at about 2:00 or 3:00 in the afternoon? Do you typically reach for a cup of coffee or energy drink to plow through the rest of the day?  Even sugar free beverages can expand your waistline. No more trips to the vending machine and communal coffee pot. Replace them with a handful of almonds, a walk around the parking lot, a bathroom break up two flights of stairs. Keep a water bottle filled and at the ready.  The body holds onto fat during times of stress. De-stress, detox and increase your productivity at the office with a quick exercise break and a healthy snack.
