Who would have thought that we would talk about smelling good on a blog about health and fitness, but let’s face it, people who work out might need some help in that department. Here are a couple of ideas to help you avoid antiperspirants:
-eliminate sugar and simple carbs (like breads) from your diet (already touched on this)
-use a lavender oil roller or spray (Trader Joe’s has this–you can spray some on your arms or legs, and its a nice moisturizer for the winter)
-use a small amount of topical antibiotic (like neosporin)–this isn’t the most natural solution, but it works
