4 tips to release fat NOW! don’t save for later

It seems we are always in pursuit of losing fat.  I think that is because we live in a society with so many temptations to indulge.  Its not our fault–we are wired that way.  However, we can do some things to make it easier.  Here are 4 things you can do to make your willpower stronger and release fat!

  1. eat breakfast!!!  suggestions:  eggs, lean turkey bacon, veggies, quinoa or slow cook oatmeal with nuts and seeds.
  2. replace your bread, rice, and pasta with veggies, lettuce (for sandwiches)
  3. watch what you drink–drinks alone can add 1000 cals a day and unwanted pounds.  switch to water flavored with lemon, lime, or ginger.
  4. avoid artificial sweeteners–not only are they bad for you, they make you eat more, not less.
