It seems we are always in pursuit of losing fat. I think that is because we live in a society with so many temptations to indulge. Its not our fault–we are wired that way. However, we can do some things to make it easier. Here are 4 things you can do to make your willpower stronger and release fat!
- eat breakfast!!! suggestions: eggs, lean turkey bacon, veggies, quinoa or slow cook oatmeal with nuts and seeds.
- replace your bread, rice, and pasta with veggies, lettuce (for sandwiches)
- watch what you drink–drinks alone can add 1000 cals a day and unwanted pounds. switch to water flavored with lemon, lime, or ginger.
- avoid artificial sweeteners–not only are they bad for you, they make you eat more, not less.
